2019 saw the contest move to London at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, with the view to electing the 2020 title holder. We also moved from a ‘Mr Puppy UK’ contest to just a ‘Puppy UK’, enabling the title to become gender neutral.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the decision was made that the titleholder for 2020 would retain their title for 2021.
For the fifth edition of the contest, we enjoyed the excellent hosting talents of Vivienne Lynsey of Manchester and Piglet of the Mr Puppy Team, The Dog House Puppy UK 2019 Contest was judged by a panel of five distinguished judges:

- Ritchie, CZ Puppy 2018
- Fion, Mr Leather Ireland, 2019
- The panel was led by Zentai Spot as Adjudicator and Tally Master
Seven contestants presented themselves for consideration, and after an exciting two days, the judges were pleased to announce the following results:

- Pup Rogue of South East – Second Prize and Runner-Up
- Pup Parker of Bristol – Third Prize and 2nd Runner-Up
- Pup Dex of Manchester – Puppy Congeniality
